Postmark Setup

This is a quick post with a video I’m sharing to help anyone get set up with Postmark for the first time.

The short video below was originally recorded in reply to a question in The Admin Bar Facebook group, where an agency owner asked how to use Postmark to handle their transactional emails. That’s why you’ll hear me refer to “Nicolas” at the start of the video.

Kyle Van Deusen is always tagging me and unable to find the video in the comments, so it’s now in an easy-to-find post.

Why I Love Postmark

Postmark is a fantastic solution for handling transactional emails. As you can see in the video I’ve shared, it takes just a few minutes to set everything up – plus a little time for any DNS changes to propagate.

I’m on a grandfathered plan where we pay $10 per month for up to 10,000 transactional emails each month. The current pricing, at the time of writing, is $15 per month. This still represents excellent value, in my humble opinion.
